Reference: Quantity
This field is the maximum quantity of items for which this route's estimated time applies. The estimated time will then be applied in multiples of the Max W/O Qty.
For example, if you have a Work order for 25 items, and the items have a route with a Labour Time of 1h and a Max W/O Qty of 10, the route will need to occur 3 times to complete all 25 items. In this example, the total estimated time for the route will be 3h.
This is commonly used to represent tasks that are performed in batches or that have limits on the number of items that can be processed simultaneously.
If you set this field to a very large number, you can indicate that a task only needs to be performed once no matter the Work order quantity. For more information regarding this, please see How to set a work order route to have a fixed amount of time per work order
